The Spirits of LaGrange Ghost Tour

The 1 ½-2 hour lantern-lit walking tour will take you inside locations with about eight stops along the way for a distance of 12 blocks.

We encourage you to bring your camera, flashlight, rain gear (we do not let the rain dampen our spirits), and wear comfortable shoes.  If the weather is severe, we will give you an alternate date.

The tours run every Friday and Saturday evening through the end of October.  We leave from the Oldham County History Center located at 106 North Second Avenue (right on the Courthouse Square). Come early, browse the shops and have dinner at one of our fine restaurants in the Historic District.

If you have a group of at least 10 people, contact us about a private group tour.

Call for reservations if you dare…  Tickets are only $15 per person for the tour.  We also offer a special group rate for groups of 10 or more.  Tours get booked up early, so call soon to reserve your spot.

Due to the potential intensity of spirit activity, all 100% genuine, we ask that you leave children under 12 at home! We guides sometimes get pretty spooked ourselves!

The tours, sponsored by Discover Downtown LaGrange, help raise money for the organization in its efforts to continually preserve historic buildings and revitalize main street LaGrange. Your tour admission goes directly to these efforts.

The Spirits of LaGrange Great Ghost Stake Out

is an opportunity to take part in an actual paranormal investigation. Under the guidance of an experienced paranormal research organization, you will learn about the tools & technology of ghost hunting as you take part in an actual investigation. Using equipment provided by the researchers, you will get your very own opportunity to be a ghost hunter yourself!

The workshop includes a presentation on ghost research, types of haunts, equipment for data collection, a presentation of evidence, and more, as well as a “mini-ghost tour” that takes you inside several of the area’s most active locations. You will also receive a “Ghouly Bag” as a souvenir!
